History

Formerly a butcher, Ron Thiel (aka Butch) and his wife, Ann purchased the business as Goodrich Dairy in 1991. Joined by his son Adam in 1994 after graduating from UNL, the father/son team have grown and implemented changes including renaming the restaurant Butch’s Deli in 2006. In 2011 Butch’s Catering was born. As Butch and Ann have gradually retired; Adam and Stacie continue a strong family business, dedicated to serving the community and their loyal customers.
